Rather than produce the kind of DE&I training film people just watch to box tick, we shot a horror film about the ‘culture of silence’ that discourages people from reporting bullying and harassment.

Inspiration from real stories. Harsh sound design. Silence as the “monster”. An uncomfortable watch, but one that stayed with employees.
